Nh Collection Vigo Hotel, Vigo

Despite the room being a bit small and not exactly as expected, my stay at the hotel was still pleasant overall. The service was efficient, with the staff parking our car promptly. The location was very good, central and close to the heart of the city. The dining experience was a particular hit with extensive options, but the four-star rating resulted in lower expectations.

The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms but had a strong leather smell, like being in a new car. The temperature control was an issue as it was too hot with no regulation. The service was generally helpful and accommodating, although some delays in resolving issues were frustrating. The location is perfect, close to the heart of the city, old town, and train station. Overall, a decent stay with minor drawbacks.

The hotel was clean and quite big with two rooms connected by a hallway, offering loads of space and two bathrooms, plus a balcony. The service was very accommodating and kind, with Marcos standing out as a great ambassador. The location is excellent, within walking distance of various restaurants, the main shopping street, and the old area of Vigo with plenty of tapas bars. The dining experience was excellent, with the opportunity to mix your own smoothie. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
